MUNICIPAL RAILWAYS (SKM) The fastest and cheapest way to go across the Tricity is to take the SKM train (Szybka Kolej Miejska/Fast City Rail). The great advantage here is complete independence from the local traffic congestion which often causes headache to those travelling by car during rush hours. SKM runs every 7-15 minutes.

Single journey tickets entitle the bearer to a single journey on one bus or one tram only. These tickets are valid from the time they are validated until leaving the vehicle. The tickets should be validated immediately on boarding the vehicle. Time tickets entitle to many journeys during 1 hour or 24 hours, allowing you to transfer to a different bus or tram.
During the first journey the ticket should be validated immediately on boarding the vehicle. From this time on, the ticket is valid for the time indicated by its nominal value.
