German Day

On the 18th of May, the Foreign Language Department celebrated the annual German Day. The event was organized by Ms. Ewa Danisz, MA, who gave students the opportunity to present places worth seeing in Germany, back massage techniques and reasons for studying at MUG. First-year students talked about Maibaum tradition. The event ended with a Maibaum and 99 Luftballons sing-along. The participants had a chance to prepare and taste waffles, Apfelstrudel, Brezel and Kartoffelsalad. It was a great opportunity to learn about German May celebrations.
