Join the Empathy – Let’s Empower, Participate and Teach Each Other to Hype Empathy workshop and take part in a challenging discourse about Islam and Muslims in Poland!

The idea of the meeting is to give the attendees an opportunity to acquire intercultural skills and gain knowledge on how to become an active participant of the urban activity.

👨‍🏫 The session will be held in English by Katarzyna Błasińska, trainer of intercultural and anti-discrimination communication.

Part One (1 h 30 min):

Cultural learning – in search of culture in globalized word
Discovering differences:

Communication across cultures
Leadership, hierarchy and power
Types of trust and how they grow
Scheduling and perceptions of time

Acculturation process

Break (30 min)

Part Two (1 h 30 min):

Local community – what, where, when
How can I contribute to community life
