Last Friday, our university hosted Diversity Day, featuring special guests from the European University Alliance – ACE2. The event began with a speech by our Rector. Students were enthusiastic and deeply involved in the celebration.
We enjoyed delicious food and drinks from around the world, including African, Indian, Pakistani, Syrian, and Polish cuisines. There were cultural displays such as traditional Indian jewelry, beautiful national costumes, and henna painting, which was especially popular.
The program included dancing — we performed Polish folk dances like the oberek and polonaise, as well as energetic African dances. Drum workshops brought people together through rhythm and creativity.
It was a vibrant and joyful celebration of cultures, unity, and inclusion.
