For the second event of the year, we are returning to Oliwski Ratusz Kultury after almost two years. We’re delighted to be back in this inspiring space, this time with a programme focused on intercultural communication and business relationships in practice.

The presentation held by Maja offers a practical perspective on recognising unfair treatment and understanding both sides of the employment relationship, helping participants navigate sensitive situations with greater awareness and confidence.

Working across cultures requires clarity, reflection and adaptation. In her session, Jagienka will guide participants through key cultural frameworks and psychological insights that help decode everyday workplace dynamics in Poland, offering practical tools for navigating differences and building strong professional relationships.

Are you not able to leave your children with anyone? Bring them along! Kids aged 3–11 can participate in creative workshops while you enjoy the event.
