Starting from 1st of April 2026, until the launch of the MOS 2.0 system, which will be used exclusively for electronic submission, applications to Department of Foreigners’ Affairs of the Pomeranian Voivodeship Office will only be possible via postal operators.
Starting from 1st of April you can directly submit documents to the Department of Foreigners’ Affairs only in cases for which you have previously submitted an application or were asked to submit missing documents.
If you wish to submit an application (new one), you cannot come to the Department of Foreigners’ Affairs.
Instead, you have to send the application via post.
