- In case of a life-threatening medical emergency please visit the MUG Hospital Emergency Room (new building on Smoluchowskiego 17) – open 24/7
- To make an appointment in person: Take your insurance card (the EHIC card) with you and go to the Centre.

- If you are a resident of an EU country and have a valid blue European Health Insurance Card then you do not need any additional insurance.
- You are entitled to receive free health care services from health care providers. For this purpose please visit a doctor with a signed National Health Fund (NFZ) contract.
